Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect our rights to be respected. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice through our DMCA Agent provided below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA which grant us immunity from claims of copyright infringement.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. An authorized signature of the copyright owner or their representative;
  2. Clear identification of the copyrighted material that has been infringed;
  3. Precise details of the infringing material and a URL to help locate it;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone number, and fax number;
  5. A statement affirming the good faith belief that the material is being used without authorization;
  6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party.

Section 17 USC §512(f) enforces penalties against those who provide false information in claims of copyright infringement. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email for fast processing.

It should be noted that information from copyright claims may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, the complaining party agrees to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notification must include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. A description of the taken-down material and its original location;
  3. A statement declaring the belief that the material was removed by mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the district court.

Send the counter notice via our Contact page, preferably through email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat offenders will be terminated.
